Yes, we do! No matter where you are, you deserve a little hope. International shipping rates will be shown at checkout.
Orders
We know the wait can be tough! Orders usually take 1–3 business days to process. As soon as your LOST® gear ships, you’ll get an email with tracking details—no need to wonder or guess. Most orders head out Monday to Friday (if you order on a weekend, your package will hit the road on the next business day).

First, take a breath—it happens! Sometimes shipping carriers update tracking info before the package actually arrives. Check your usual delivery spot and ask folks in your house or building, just in case.
If your order is still missing after a day, message us ASAP with your order number. We’ll track it down with you—no one left behind.
We wish we could say yes (sharing is caring!), but our system can only accept one discount code per order. Pro tip: use your best code for the biggest savings!
Returns
Because every piece is custom-made just for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or color chosen by mistake.
But if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or there’s a manufacturing error—don’t stress! Snap a photo and send it to us within 30 days. We’ll fix it fast, no hoops, no guilt. Your comfort and happiness matter to us.
If your product arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the item and the order number, and we’ll provide a replacement or refund.
Once we’ve confirmed your refund (usually after we’ve checked your photo and details), we’ll process it right away. It might take 3–5 business days for the refund to appear back on your original payment method—timing depends on your bank or card provider.

LOST was born from my own struggle to keep going—on the days I felt invisible, overwhelmed, or unsure of what came next. My name’s Marc, and for years I fought the silent battles behind the “freelancer” highlight reel: burnout, anxiety, and that heavy feeling of being lost, even with love and success around me.
Through it all, there was one constant—my wife. We’ve been together since high school, married for 12 years, and she’s been my anchor in every storm. She’s seen every version of me: the hustler, the dreamer, the one who almost gave up. When I was at my lowest, she reminded me that showing up—even if all I could do was “just try”—was enough.
