First, take a breath—it happens! Sometimes shipping carriers update tracking info before the package actually arrives. Check your usual delivery spot and ask folks in your house or building, just in case. If your order is still missing after a day, message us ASAP with your order number. We’ll track it down with you—no one left behind.

We wish we could say yes (sharing is caring!), but our system can only accept one discount code per order. Pro tip: use your best code for the biggest savings!

If your product arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the item and the order number, and we’ll provide a replacement or refund.

Once we’ve confirmed your refund (usually after we’ve checked your photo and details), we’ll process it right away. It might take 3–5 business days for the refund to appear back on your original payment method—timing depends on your bank or card provider.
