LOST – Living On. Still Trying.
Founded by Marc Francis
Hi, I’m Marc—the founder and heart behind LOST®. If you’ve ever felt lost, overwhelmed, or just barely hanging on… you’re exactly who I made this brand for.
Before LOST, I spent years hustling as a freelancer. The world saw my highlight reel: creative projects, cool clients, a “work from anywhere” lifestyle. What they didn’t see were the long nights, the isolation, the uncertainty. The invoices that didn’t get paid, the endless self-doubt, the feeling that maybe I’d never truly “arrive.” I was building a career but quietly fighting my own mental health battles—burnout, anxiety, even moments where I wondered if trying was worth it.
It was in those lowest moments—when I was just living on, still trying—that the idea for LOST was born. I realized how many of us are walking around with invisible struggles, putting on a brave face, hoping someone will understand. I wanted to create more than just clothing; I wanted to build reminders that it’s okay to not have it all figured out. That every single day you choose to show up, even when you’re not okay, is an act of courage.
LOST isn’t about being perfect or always positive. It’s about real people, real struggle, and real hope. Every design, every hoodie, every message is for the ones still searching for the light—even on the darkest days. My own journey, from creative burnout to moments of breakthrough, is stitched into every piece.
Along the way, I found community in unexpected places—other freelancers, creatives, and everyday warriors who reminded me I wasn’t alone. LOST is for all of us: the dreamers, the strugglers, the quiet fighters. We’re here to make mental health conversations normal, not hidden. We’re here to wear hope on our sleeves (literally).
If you’re reading this and feel lost, know that I’ve been there. Maybe you’re there right now. It’s okay. Keep living on. Keep trying. You matter, even when the world feels heavy. LOST® is your reminder that you’re never alone, and your story isn’t over.
Keep going—even when it’s messy, even when you don’t know the way. You’re not lost—you’re just still trying. And that’s enough.
